1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Infi Staking mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Infi Project ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the App.

 

2. Disclaimer: Simulation Only

The Infi Staking application is a simulation and for entertainment and informational purposes only. It does not facilitate or process any real financial transactions, and it does not provide financial advice. All assets, tokens, balances, rewards, staking values, and any other financial data displayed within the App are fictional, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real currency or assets. The App is designed as a tool to track and simulate cryptocurrency staking strategies without any actual financial risk or gain. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the simulated data presented in the App.

 

3. User Registration

To use the App, you must register for an account. You agree to: a. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. b. Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account. c. Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the App. d. Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.

 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, photographs, and graphics in the App (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content and the Marks are provided in the App “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the App and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. As a user of the App, you agree not to: a. Systematically retrieve data or other content from the App to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us. b. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the App. c. Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App. d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or to computer systems or networks connected to the App. e. Use the App to engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.

 

6. Term and Termination

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the App. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE APP (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES), TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON. We may terminate your use or participation in the App or delete your account at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party.

 

7. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the App at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the App without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

We cannot guarantee the App will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the App, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) your use of the App; (2) your breach of these Terms of Service; or (3) your violation of the rights of a third party.
